Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: I get a message saying my email is in use when I try to checkout

A: We tested your store from our end and we were able to login has returning customer, It might be problem on your customer side your customer might have saved the details in the web browser so we suggest the your customers to clear they browser cookies and and caches and then try to place the order

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Do check out our Free Shipping Offers - based on a minimum purchase you can get your order shipped for free, anywhere on the planet!

Q: When I order trim will I get it in a single length?
A:  Yes in most cases you will get an unbroken length.  Splices, do however, occur on rolls so you may get a break in your trim.  If a single length is imperative just drop us a line in the messages tab.  

HEAT SEAL INSTRUCTIONS

 

A. We strongly recommend that you use a heat-seal machine or heat transfer machine, although a home iron will suffice
Set your machine temperature at 375 degrees.
Place the applique where you want and place a pressing cloth over the applique. 
Close the machine shut with applique inside and hold it for 12-15 seconds. 
Let the applique cool down. 

Note: These instructions are ideal for regular tee-shirt like fabrics. The pressing time varies for thicker fabrics. In some cases, it is suggested that you turn the garment inside out and repeat steps 1-4.

B. Using a Hand Iron.


Set your hand iron at the hottest temperature setting. NO STEAM!
place your applique where you desire and place a pressing cloth over the applique
Press the iron down on the applique and hold it for 30-40 seconds. (add as much pressure as possible).
Turn the garment inside out and repeat steps 1-3.
Let the applique cool down.

Caution

A. Avoid the use of materials that cannot ensure the temperature necessary to affix patches properly.

B. Appliques are durable, but for best results, they should not be applied to rainwear (water-proof), highly elastic fabrics, or nylon fabrics 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Recommended: Dry Clean or Machine Wash. For Machine wash, please turn garment "inside-out" before wash. Settings: Warm with delicate cycle. Tumble dry low.

These are instructions recommended by the manufacturer of our appliques and should be used as a guide only - remember you may need to experiment a little until you get the best balance of temperature and dwell time for your particular garment.
