Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: When I order trim will I get it in a single length?
A: Yes in most cases you will get an unbroken length. Splices, do however, occur on rolls so you may get a break in your trim. If a single length is imperative just drop us a line in the messages tab.
Q: If I order 2 lots of a trim that is sold in 3 yard increments will I get two 3 yard lengths?
A: No, we cut to order so if you order 2 x 3 yards we will send you a 6 yard length unless splices prevent us from doing so.
